Entry
$300 – cash/Sponsor check (sponsor check MUST have business name – make out to Ashley Hannah)
There will a $10 charge on each and any electronic payment (Venmo/PayPal/CashApp)
Please collect all money and pay BEFORE the first game – I will be located by the concession stand.

Paper rosters will be accepted. Please have write in players sign and have rosters turned in BEFORE the first game. Once turned in, no changes can be made. You must bring your own roster – I will not be supplying blank rosters. Rosters can be printed from your manager profile.

55 minute time limit on all games excluding Championship game
No time limit on Championship – 7 innings or run rule
55 minute time limit on IF game, 7 innings or run rule
.5 run to the visiting team – excluding Championship/IF games

3 runs will be spotted per division. Teams giving the spot will automatically get the choice of home or visitor.

Balls:
Any Classic M, Classic Plus, Pro M ball or Classic W, with the USSSA stamped logo, may be used – no Stadium balls
Pink balls are not allowed in tournament play. Only optic yellow are allowed.

Bats:
Only legal 240 bats are allowed in tournament play. If caught using a 220, the batter will automatically be called out upon contact and a warning will be given. 2nd offense, player is suspended from the game. 3rd offense, player is suspended from the tournament.

1 courtesy runner per inning (must be on the roster) – pitchers get automatic mandatory runner (must be on the roster, can not be same person who was the courtesy runner and can not be the pitcher)

Home Runs:
C – 5, then out
D – 3, then out
E – 1, then out

Each team will be allowed to buy 2 home run bands ($20 each). If a player wearing a band is walked, the team will get 1 free home run until the batter who walked comes back up to bat. If a team has a 2nd player wearing a home run band and is walked while having a free home run to hit, the offensive team still only has 1 free home run to hit but the free home run will carry until the 2nd batter wearing a band who walked comes back up.

20 after 3
15 after 4
10 after 5

Please be at your field 30 minutes before game time – if not, and fields are ahead of time, your team is in jeopardy of a forfeit.

Coolers with outside food and drink will be allowed. Concessions/bathrooms will be open. Dogs are allowed on leashes. Please pick up all trash left in the dugouts and on the bleachers.
